About

The Unbroken Nurse was built from lived experience- not theory.

I’ve worked in the intensity of the emergency room and ICU, taught the next generation of nurses, and spent years at the bedside watching strong clinicians quietly carry more than they should.

Burnout doesn’t happen because nurses are weak. It happens because they are strong for too long without support.

I believe nursing can be practiced with strength and sustainability. Through mentorship, honest conversation, and clinical depth, The Unbroken Nurse exists to help nurses lead without losing themselves in the process.

This is not about leaving the profession.

It’s about staying-unbroken.

If you’re here, you probably still care deeply about the work-even if it’s been heavy lately.

You’re not alone.
